Refund Policy — Traceo

Refunds within 14 days

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a Traceo subscription, for any reason. Email support@devarno.cloud from your account email address. Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, to the payment method you used.

After that

After 14 days, a subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not refunded pro rata. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period ends.

Annual plans

Annual plans are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase; after that they run to the end of the paid year and are not refunded pro rata.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights. If Traceo is not provided with reasonable care and skill, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a repeat performance or a price reduction under the law, whenever you bought it.
